Worker Airlifted To Hospital After Holliston Industrial Incident

A worker was rushed to a trauma center Tuesday night, Aug. 22, after an industrial accident in Middlesex County, officials said.

The accident happened at a business on Lowland Street in Holliston just before 10 p.m., according to the Holliston Fire Department. One worker's injuries were so severe that they were helicoptered to a trauma center.

The medical helicopter landed nearby at Stoddard Park and airlifted the injured worker to Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston.

Authorities did not release any information on the nature or cause of the incident or the worker's condition.

Holliston police are investigating the incident.
